The democratic process includes voting on legal ballots. I believe the people of Palm Beach and VP Gore have the right to have the judicial dept. decide whether the ballot used in Palm Beach was a legal ballot pursuant to Florida statute. It is really that simple. If the ballot was legal, then the people made a mistake and the responsibility for that mistake is theirs to hold. If the ballot was illegal, then they are not to blame and should have their voices heard.
