Why is the recount going only one way?
I suspect the dems know there is some hanky panky in FL but are unable to come up with evidence that will stand up in court, hence the time buying tactics like manual recount.
OTOH it could just be law of large numbers, within the margin of error kind of thing that only statisticians can figure out. 1784 out of 6,000,000 is very small, except that 225 is even smaller.
