"A possible president who is not the actual majority choice of the nation. " Bush won almost 60% of the states. Have you seen the national county by county map? It was a Bush landslide by that metric. The folks who started this country were geniuses IMO. The candidates could just promise all the goodies to the population centers if it were just left to the popular vote. "Funny how this doesn't feel like democracy."
