Hi coach,

Had to sell a ton and lost a ton in order to save the rest.

No, it wasn't just paper losses. I've got enough losses to probably pay your taxes. (g) Kidding

I am not gifted as to exactly what the pricing of LMNE
at 12 means to the price of MRVC. I do understand that LMNE
takes 10% of MRV shares and if MRV gets zero the price goes down but whatever price LMNE closes at, doesn't this increase MRV's market value? At some price, considering the
lose of shares to LMNE, there must be a price where MRV's
market price would not change at all. A balance so to speak.
How is this calculated?
If I knew what this price is then maybe I would be able to know if I am losing money or making money from the appreciation of LMNE.

Is this a dumb question?

Thanks,
John
