This will wind up in Florida state court.
Past case law DOES NOT favor the Democrats.
They have a very high standard to meet and they won't be able to do it.
The 19K ballots will remain invalid (as per past case law)
There will be no revote (as per past case law)
The State election committe will certify the election for GWB on Nov 17 when the deadline for absentee ballots is up.

Of course they may just keep doing recounts till the Democrats "find" enough ballots to put their man over the top.
