Ain't that the truth Roger...we are split right down the middle, but you know what? We will survive this, and we will be stronger as a Nation after this.

This model of democracy(constitutional republic to be exact) has worked better than any other model in the entire world.(I need to get a copy of Alexis de Toqueville's "Democracy in America", written 170 yrs ago)

But you know what bugs me the most?

Whenever I hear a partisan say, " For the good of the Country, Mr. [whoever] should step aside"

You know why I hate that phrase? It reminds me of the phrase, "this isn't personal, it's business."

In both cases, the POS uttering the phrase has their own Agenda and is lying thru their teeth.
