No,
I'm not a judge.
I heard it on the radio this afternoon while hunting
for a parking spot at LAX. There have been 2 similar
cases in Florida. In both cases the claims for revote were
dismissed. The courts stated that the design of the ballots
had been properly and publically approved. The courts also stated that all voters were mailed sample ballots and had
ample time to review them and make sure they understood them.

As a "card carrying" GOPer, I will accept the "Rule of Law"
as you put it. Its the Democrats who are violating the rule of law. They are not recounting a disputed election, they are running a whole new campaign doing whatever they need to do to win. The Democtrat's attitude is "We are right, the rule of law be damned!!!"
Should they fail in court you will see them trying to get electoral college members to switch their votes.
After all "Its the will of the people"
After 8 years of Clintonethics the Democratic Party has forgotten its roots. Their mantra is "win at any costs!,
we are the good, they are the bad so the rules don't apply"
