Time to settle in, Miami's Channel 10 has just reported that due to the pending litigation that Palm Beach County will not be complying with the Tuesday deadline for the Local Canvassing Board to "unofficially certify" the County results.

Some are speculating that the U. S. Supreme Court will assert certiorari as soon as pleadings are entered in the Florida circuit court. And would quash any effort for a re-vote or other adjustment to the Palm Beach results, allowing the the re-counted totals to stand as the final decision of the Florida voters.

Any one care to offer an opinion on this?
