I think TMTA is an excellent opportunity to short. I agree with Walstra's valutation and believe that Transmeta is way over hyped.

Reducing the CPU power can only go so far in reducing the overall consumption. Transmeta's low performing chips are more suited in the niche market of handheld gadgets.
Transmeta has no chance in unsetting AMD and Intel. Once .13 process comes online next year, any advantages Transmeta might have will disappear. I doubt IBM will give Transmeta first dibs on using their .13 process.
