"How do you follow the tax regulations where they are vague or inconsistent"

You hire a CA as an intermediary to deal with them. I heard a CA talking the other day about an audit his client was going through. He said "yeah they had some problems, but we finessed the audit, no problem."

I would really like to know if corporations and individuals paid a flat rate tax, what would the % have to be across the board for RC to collect the same amount of tax they collect now. I seem to remember hearing the number 17% but I could be wrong.

We are lucky here, our auditors don't carry hand guns.
