The Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot for two Persons, of whom one at least shall not be an Inhabitant of the same State with themselves.

Will there be a lawsuit challenging the Texas electors' right to vote for both Bush and Cheney? I know Cheney registered in some other state, but he has obviously been living in Texas.
