Joe, Yes, the property compensation measure (#7) passed in Oregon despite the anticipated financial impact to state and local governments. It will certainly inspire some lawsuits and hopefully some meaningful discussion about government regulations which affect private property value. While most understand they don't want to lose the value of their own property due to regulations, many of these regulations are also what helps to create that property value in the first place. -PT
