What about this...

An after tax IRR of 31.9% for a base metal project.

Capital costs down to $186.5 million, a significant improvement over earlier estimates.

-the sulphide concentrates can be sold "AS IS"; the selenium issue is gone.

-the need for roaster has been eliminated (resulting in the significant reduction in the capital cost noted above which is an estimate to build this mine).

-more detailed study of certain aspects of the project by Hatch show better cost estimates with greater confidence.

-most significant point of all is the estimated cash cost of US$0.20/lb of zinc produced. This puts the Finlayson project among the lowest cost zinc producers in the world.

SO WHERE IS EVERYBODY!!! I am thinking interest in this company will grow considerably as the story unfolds, perhaps into the new year now given this is November.

Comments anyone?
