When the Dresden plant came online with a reported Leff of 100nm, the Austin plant could only do 120nm (IIRC) on their .18mu process (Intel was, by all accounts, slightly above 100nm at the time). Those were drawn gate lengths according to AMD's PowerPoint slides, not Leff. You can find that information on AMD's site somewhere.
