Scumbria, I'm trying to figure out why Republicans are so afraid to redo the Florida election. The constitution specifies a day when the presidential elections should be held. Something about the Tuesday after the first Monday of the month of November. Why do you think the framers went to this level of specificity? Answer: Because they wanted the elections to be held on the same day in all states. Where do you see a provision about a re-vote on a different date? Joe
