The ballots confusing? Well then there were simply incompetent idiots punching 2 holes in ballot. Those idiots were for Gore. You want idiots electing your president? How do we know it was not some Gore fanatic adding a "Gore" hole to the Buchanon ballots? Why were there no double punches in Bush ballots? This is way to fishy, imo.
