Agreed, a terrible precedent, but in this case it would only be in the event of illegal ballots being used... not with every 'close vote'. It appears from what I'm reading here from CB and others that this is not the case... I'm just saying that if the ballots used in the county [only one in FLA apparently!] were illegal, and someone [group] sues... what do you do??
