Tai, my last political comment on this thread. We do not live in a pure democracy. We have a representative government. The founders recognized that they had to give something to states in order to convince them to give up sovereignty and join a union, so states elect presidents. The senate also gets 2 members per state. The House is population based. We ought to be beyond politics at this point in determining this next president. It is less about who and which party than process. Thanks and enjoy history in the making. Regards Mike
