Are you comfortable allowing Bush to take the presidency only on the strenght of a mistake by a Florida poll worker, even though he lost the national popular vote and had all Gore votes been counted in Florida would have lost the electoral college vote as well? I don't think any president has taken the office of the presidency in this manner.
