Not accoring to FLorida state law. The 19k votes that were thrown out will be, according to the laws of this state, be deived among the candidates in the same percentage as those votes that were counted. Those 19k people did more than 50 million americans were willing to do, i.e. get off there fat asses and vote. These 19k people have a constitutional GUARANTEE that there votes will count.
