I don't know if it is correct but there was mention of it a day or so ago on CNN. I don't think I misheard, but these days who knows anymore?

I do know that in the last presidential election, the initial vote tally had Clinton winning by like 6 1/2 to 7 million. When the finally tally was done a few weeks later, he had won by over 8 million. This was definitely reported yesterday.
