I don't give a rats ass what ballot is used. When 19,000 people are denied their right to vote, something must be done. This is NOT an option. These people have a CONSTITUTIONAL right to have their voted counted. Now, if there votes are counted and Bush wins, all is fine. That is somewhat unlikely, but still a possibility. This is not a matter of one party vs. the next. These people have been denied that which they are guaranteed by the highest laws we have. If you are ready to toss the constituion, then and only then can you toss their votes.
