Let's not forget what a vote of confidence this is for VLNC from Telecordia. Presumably, Telecordia would not be selling their patents, and rights to all of the royalties from all of the other players if they did not believe VLNC was able to leverage Telecordia's assets to bring them in a much greater source of revenue. Remember, Telecordia gives up VLNC's royalties as well as everyone else's. One would think (hope) that Telecordia did their DD on VLNC, and concluded that VLNC is doing a superb job.

On the other hand, we can use a contra signal. That is the number of posts by Visnic is in inverse proportion to the importance of this event.
