Still time to go to cash. Don't know when the next leg down comes but with sentiment numbers like that it can't be too far away. Did you hear the Dell news? Intel warned again. Ooops. Sure hope energy stocks can hold up, but I am beginning to have my doubts.

It will take more than Marines. It will take lower interest rates and a lower dollar. Substantially lower.
