Here's what should be included in the next President's inaugural address:

I propose that we make a national priority, using the latest appropriate technology, and spending whatever it takes, to implement a voting infrastructure that guarantees honest, elections. The culture of vote fraud has been tolerated too long in this country and we can no longer afford allow it to continue."
