Certain segments of the tech may do well. But many are still well above valuations they see in their bear market. 50% rallies are not unusual in a bear market. The problem is that they come and go too fast. One has to be an agile trader to take advantage of them. On the whole I'd rather buy WCOM in low teens than DELL or even SUNW at this point.
