I'm loading up with a lot of battered techs, NT, MCOM, LU, nibbling a bit on covd and rthm and hsac. just as the tech bull market was overblown, so is the bear side. at some point there will be a turn. just as we didn't know the top until weeks and months later, we won't know the bottom.
