I have not heard that such instructions were mailed to FL voters. Where did you hear that, may I ask? I think you are quoting from the FL statute- cnn.com. Was the statute mailed to registered voters along with sample ballots?

I suppose a court will have to decide whether or not the ballot substantially complied with the law. But I don't believe the Gore partisans are concerned primarily with the ballot or with process. I think they don't like the apparent outcome, and are grasping at any means of reversing it.

And should there be a re-vote, the homeless around Palm Beach can look forward to a bountiful supply of free cigarettes. Frankly, I think that's a bad way to choose a president.
