I think GW's arrogancne and sense of entitlement have been showing through a bit more in the last several days. Ann Richards comment about his dad applies with more force to him: "He was born on third based and thinks he hit a triple."

At least until the absentees are counted, and the hand recount is complete, it is too early for anyone to be assuming the mantle of President-elect.
