Not only that but Daley (the Democrat) has stopped talking about it's unfairness after it was pointed out the same butterfly ballot was used in his home county in Il. The county clerk points out that the ballot in Cook County, Illinois is not a butterfly ballot. While there are questions on both sides of the ballot, it is only for the judicial races where the choice is yes/no - both choices are on the same side of the ballot. Interesting to note that there were >120,000 ballots in Cook County that either didn't vote for president or punched 2 candidates.
