Hi Dennis,

Sounds like you've done pretty well with your Tamagotchis. I haven't been able to get one past 10 years in my three attempts. My Tamagotchi is now in "suspended animation" (I put the battery paper back in the side) so I can concentrate on other things for a while :-)

It looks like Toys R Us is keeping its prices consistent. I don't remember what Kay Bee Toys was selling theirs for, but the Kay Bee here only had a small supply and ran out quickly. The Toys R Us here has once again pulled its Tamagotchi tickets off the shelves by the front registers, so I think they have run out of their second shipment so far. Still no sign of Giga Pets anywhere.

I'm not sure what to make of the press release, but I don't think it will have a big effect either way on either Bandai or Sega.

Take care,

Kirk
