Bush hasnt, he said IF the ballot's come in he will declare victory. As for both sides acting porly I disagree, The REPUBLICANS are simply responding to a campaighn started 10 minutes after the polls closed in FLA. They have simply responded to the unfounded acusations being made by GORE. The fire and brimstone rhetoric by DALEY and Warren is the most irresponcible thing ive seen done by a politician(outside of ALL sharptongue". There is no way you can denagrate Bush's behvior to that of ROBOT man and his legion of dopes.
