According to Lynn, now it's time to get our lawyers to contact their lawyers regarding the Appraisal process. (From the proxy statement, I understood that
they would contact us regarding our request for appraisal, but, apparently, this may not be the case.) I was advised by someone at the meeting that I should
save my money as the company is virtually worthless, and that we should all be thankful to even see $5.25.
Assuming we do decide to go ahead with the appraisal request, maybe we should see about doing this as a group to minimize our costs.
