This thing could go on for months... He's (AG) probably just bluffing, in order make GB (if he wins) appear more weaker, than he already may be once elected into office, due to all the controversy that has been amplified by an elite group of individuals and organizations. Of course, a big climax to a bluff would help to assure and magnify to the public, the 'statesman that he is' decision to accept it outside of the courtroom; setting up for his next political move in the future, wherever & whatever that may be.
