What angers me most about the voters reaction to voided ballots is their inability to accept that their mistake cost them their vote. The ballot, to me, was not the least bit confusing or misleading. They simply failed to take the time to understand it, and as a result disqualified their vote.

This is only a big deal to them because they realize their stupidity may have cost their candidate the presidency, otherwise they would probably be laughing about it.

The same thing is happening on the campaign side. Where was Bill Daley and Warren Christopher in elections past when votes, almost as many, were disqualified? They were not out their fighting to protect those voters votes because it didn't matter. Now, however, because their parties presidency is at stake they care, otherwise they wouldn't care. But, in hindsight, if they did try to take the opportunity to set precedence in past cases they might have a leg to stand on today, but they don't.
