It is their responsibility to know how to read a ballot. One which has been used for years and that was mailed (SAMPLE BALLOT) out prior to the election with instruction for voting. Section 203 of the Federal Voting Rights Act requires that Palm Beach County print all election materials, INCLUDING BALLOTS, in English and Spanish. It (SAMPLE BALLOT) further states, "Study your ballot, decide how you want to vote. then mark your sample ballot to use as a GUIDE at your voting place." I have concluded you arguments about GOLD and voting are worthless! je
