the electoral college allows a greater coice for states with a lesser population. Once again, you provide information to support my claim. If it's one vote per person, then those states with the lesser population are yielding a higher power. And as such is UNFAIR & UNDEMOCRATIC. Welcome to the republic of United States. USA is not a democracy, but a hierarchy. if 48% of Florida voted for Gore and 49% voted for Bush, then maybe the votes should be split 12 for Gore and 13 for Bush.... hmmm That's more representative of reality aint it?
