All you say is irrelevant.

If there were illegalities (in PB's case the ballot) this should NOT be allowed and a solution for the dis-enfranchised resulting from this illegality should be found and instituted now ... in PB's case a re-vote.

If there are other illegalities elsewhere something's got to be done too.
