Daley just on TV, explaining that hand counts, at least on a sample basis, are needed to make sure the will of the people, not a computer glitch, decides our next President.

<edit> Daley, laughingly, adds, "It's the people of Florida, not us, who want to see these ballots counted accurately." Gosh, all I see and hear on the cameras making noises are Gore's people.
