Just as I suspected earlier---Gore seems to be backing off of pursuing legal actions as they realize the public is against it. Also not in his best interest if he wants to run in 4 years...he will probably win then is my guess---sympathy vote. CNN just confirmed my earlier guesses. It is all about re-counts now and probably nothing else. That is going to clear up a lot of the uncertainties. That is going to spark a rally in that the news is not as bad as people had prepared for---i mean as bad as traders had prepared for. Maybe they were trading for continuing long term legal problems. I don't think that will be in the cards.
