Frank, I don't think Daley is calling the shots. It is Gore and no one else who is making the key decisions. He is getting all kinds of feedback from his friends and colleagues who are telling him that courts is not where you want to pursue it. All kinds of people are saying don't do this.

I just think he is waiting for a better opportunity to announce that he will not be supporting dragging this out in the courts. I think he is waiting to make a splash!

Like I said, the comments from CNN just a few minutes ago seem to hint at backing off of the letting the courts decide. Instead they seem to want to set themselves apart from the people who filed the lawsuits.

We might have endure a few more days of this stock market action but into the last week of November. I just think the traders will see this unfolding in this way and try to get ahead and buy/cover ahead as well as the mutual funds.

I think it is going to be obvious in a few days, IMHO. Even the current selloff of the last few days may have factored in the worst-- and the worst case is getting better.
