I hadn't heard about this NAZ listing. I would assume this would involve converting the current ADR's into the new listing. I also assume this would be treated like an IPO, a large one at that. Some of the large foreign IPO's have done quite well lately. That might provide a pop to the stock price, even though earnings are diluted.

Another rumor has GM considering this software. In my town, Miller is converting to SAP just to avoid Y2K problems. All this adds up to calls if ADR's are optionable.
