All absentee votes received by November 17 (10 days post-election and postmarked no later than 11/7) will be included in the ballot. I heard only thousands absentee votes remaining to be counted -- some had been received and already included in the current numbers. The absentee votes largely comprise US military personnel and some Florida residents currently living in Israel. Ibexx
