Again, I'm not worried about the 19,000 ballots or the 3,500 Buchanan votes. The hand recount would help put a lot of things to rest. On Tuesday there was a difference was 1774, today it is 327, and supposedly that is because of ballots sticking together or not being read the first time. The hand count may or may not reveal any other differences. But if there are ballots that were not punched all the way through(only one punch not two)but are legal ballots, then we need a recount. Again, lets not be in a hurry to declare a winner. Let the process take its course.
