You know, I'd like to see Gore pull it out, but all this banter on the part of Democrats about Gore having the popular vote is useless drivel. Whoever gets the electoral vote wins, period. Just as useless is the drivel coming from the Bush campaign that "more people voted for him than for Clinton." I don't care what the popular vote was -- it isn't important.
