I'm interested in the exact wording of this statute as "should" is not the same as "must". Either way, as unfortunate as the situation may be for some, especially those who approved the ballot and an entire county which apparently did not register one single objection after a full week of review in their own homes of the ballot, there is no fair way to undo/redo what has already been done.

I have not seen one single scenario presented that could possibly be fair regarding a re-vote to determine who really intended to vote for whom.

Heck, I intended to sell shares of Dell on Wednesday but actually bought some cause Schwab's website was confusing and I didn't think reading the instructions was all that important. In light of my newfound knowledge, I think Schwab should rewind the tape and let me do it over... honor my original intent -- don't you think<gg>?
