Apparent election violations by the Democrats in Wisconsin.

cnn.com

State Republican Party Director Rodman Hise said the GOP filed a complaint with the state
Board of Elections alleging that Democratic Party gave cigarettes to homeless voters after
transporting them to polling stations to cast absentee ballots.

The complaint cites videotape aired on WISN-TV, an ABC affiliate in Milwaukee, apparently
documenting the transfer of cigarettes "to homeless voters that they had transported to cast
absentee ballots."

Hise told CNN that the Democrats, acting on behalf of the Gore campaign, violated state law
that "prohibits election bribery."
