Lev is not interested in manufacturing hundreds of thousands of batteries per month. I think he's clearly implied that his only interest in battery production is to validate the technology and gain its unequivocal acceptance. He's not going to produce masses of batteries to create a revenue stream; the latter he'll do through licensing. I honestly now believe we'll never see the NI plant pumping out hordes of batteries for revenue, only enough to demonstrate the commercial feasibility of the process to prospective licensees, for whatever device they're selling. Therefore I don't think we should look forward to exciting revenue figures in the quarterlies until licensing becomes their main source. All those expectations about "the big one" [contract] are moot; I have no problem with a Qualcomm business model as opposed to widget manufacturing, I think it's far more preferable, much less vulnerable to Murphy, and can be enormously profitable. IMHO
