this thread is a microcosm of the anger and division this travesty is causing. this is why nixon didn't challenge in 1960 and why ford didn't in 1976- despite many wanting them to. putting the elections in the courts is not what the founding fathers had in mind. how many other counties in teh country do you think we could find people who were confused, had democrats within 50 feet wearing buttons and/or passing out voter guides, or otherwise feel 'disenfranchised'? with a gentle push, all of these people could file lawsuits jsut like the people in pb county. this could be neverending. nixon and ford had the wisdom and concern for the country to concede and not divide the country.
