******EUREKA******** Exall and Glimmer resolve dispute Exall Resources Limited EXL Shares issued 28,758,561 Nov 9 close $0.41 Fri 10 Nov 2000 News Release Also Glimmer Resources Inc (GME) Mr. R.D. McCloskey reports Exall Resources and Glimmer Resources have signed a heads of agreement to resolve the disputes in the joint venture relating to the Glimmer mine in Matheson, Ont. Subject to the successful completion of definitive agreements and final board approval of the terms all litigation between the companies will cease.
